Take some grated bottle gourd ,press out the juice ,add chickpea flour ,green chili ,ginger paste,turmeric power,coriandar power,red power,salt
Add carom seeds ,green coriander mix all ingredients well.once ready keep dough aside to puff up.
Heat oil for frying koftas ,once oil is rightly hot then put koftasts fry.
once brown in clr ,flip and fry well until golden brown from all sides.Then take them out fry all the koftas likewise
for gravy , heat oil in work ,add Cumin seeds , reduce fleme,add as of oetida ginger paste,coriander powder,turmeric powder,slightly roast these.
add tomato greeb chili paste , increase flame,add red chili powder,stir masala ad roast until,oil separates from it.once oil separated add,dry fenugreek leaves chickpea flour,stir ad roast masala for another 2 mins
After 2 to3 min ,when masala is roasted .add 2cup water to it ,mix well ,add salt garam masala ,green cariandar,add lauki juice{optional}
Cover ad cook it for 3 to 4 min,put koftas in the gravey . cover ad cook again for 3 to 4 mins..
after 4 mins sabzi is cooked ,take it out in bowl
